Who do we collect data from?

We collect and process data from a range of individuals, including those who have hired the Hall, and those who have used or have expressed an interest in using our services and activities.  We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback.

What information do we collect about you?

When you hire the Hall, we collect and process your name and postal address under the lawful processing of contract.  We also collect and process email address and telephone number under the lawful processing of legitimate interest.

How will we use the information about you?

The information collected when you hire the Hall is required to ensure you get the most benefit from our services, and allow us to contact you in the event of any changes in arrangements.

We use information collected from the website to get an idea of best performing web pages.

If you have used our facilities, we will keep your data for a period of 18 months after your last activity. After this, your data will be archived for seven years and then securely disposed of.

Who has access to the information we hold about you?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will also not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to Cuffley Hall’s Data Protection Officer (see Contact Us section below).

Please be aware we do require an identification process before sending out any information and this information will be provided within one month.
